Following last year’s “Nanobubble Generator,” the Company has received the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Director-General’s Award for its patent for “FMT using nanobubbles.

This invention enables the use of a composition containing intestinal bacteria with nanobubbles to significantly improve the survival rate of intestinal microflora transplantation (hereafter referred to as FMT) compared to conventional FMT, as well as to reduce the burden on the patient for treatment.

What is the Local Invention Award?

Award for Engineers and R&D Developers
The Local Invention Awards began in 1921 to honor engineers and R&D personnel who have created outstanding inventions, devices, or designs that have been put to practical use. Last year, 1,364 awards were given nationwide. This is your chance to introduce your invention to society through these awards.
(Inventions eligible for the awards must be patented, registered as a utility model, or registered as a design, and must be in the process of being implemented.)

Inventions that drive regional industry are invited
The National Invention Contest is divided into eight regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu). We are looking for outstanding inventions from each of these regions.

Opportunities for Further Advancement
The Regional Invention Awards are linked to the National Commendation for Invention, which is conducted on a national scale.
In addition, for those who have achieved outstanding inventions, a path to the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award and the National Medal of Honor (Order of Merit and Medal of Honor) is also open to them. Many people have received awards in the Local Commendation for Invention, and the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation, as a recommending organization, actively recommends people who have made outstanding achievements in science and technology.

The history of the commendation system is long
The commendation system, established in 1905, is one of the pillars of the JIII’s business. The history of the awards can be said to be the footsteps of the progress of science and technology in Japan.
