Our Fecal Microbiota Transplantation Technology
Stable fixation in the intestinal tract:
Patented NanoGAS® water is applied to adjust the bacterial solution for transplantation.
Stable supply of donor stools:
Ultra-low temperature cryopreserved donor stools centrally managed in the first "FMT dedicated donor bank" in Japan are used.
Near zero burden on
We developed a unique method that does not use any antimicrobials or other drugs and reduces the burden on patients to near zero.
No pre-processing:
Soft rubber intestinal catheter injection without an endoscope provides more security, no pre-processing, and no dietary restrictions.
High reproducibility of the intestinal tract environment:
Our proprietary automatic bacterial solution conditioner can condition the bacterial solution for transplantation to create an environment similar to that of the patient's intestinal tract and achieve highly reproducible transplantation.
NanoGAS®-FMT has seven unique features.
First, the patented NanoGAS® water is used to produce an individualized bacterial solution. Next, the stools are provided by Japanbiome, a donor bank affiliated with Symbiosis that only registers donors who have passed regular lifestyle management and strict medical interviews, in addition to blood and stool tests.
The stools undergo ultra-low temperature cryopreservation during storage, which prioritizes safety first and foremost. The transplantation is performed using a soft rubber intestinal catheter and takes about 10 minutes without damaging the patient's intestinal tract. There are no pre-treatments or burdensome restrictions, such as prior antibiotics or food restrictions on the day of transplantation.
Our NanoGAS® Technology
Nanobubble technology has begun to reveal a variety of useful properties and effects, and is expected to find applications in many fields.
Until now, nanobubbles were only put to practical use in a few industrial fields due to problems such as the inability to make them last in liquids.
By fundamentally reviewing existing nanobubble production methods, we developed and patented NanoGAS® Technology that can stabilize
bubbles in liquids for a long period of time.
We asked Beckman Coulter, the world's leading company in particle measurement today,
to measure the number and density of particles in our nanobubbles its theoretical
method.
The results inferred that our NanoGAS® Technology creates a large number of bubbles
even smaller than the smallest detectable limit of 200nm.
