Verification of technologies that inhibit oxidation of wine and sake and prolong the flavor of wine and sake when opened, combined with functional testing and gas chromatography measurements.We would be happy if this is a step forward in the utilization of nanobubble technology, which has been put to practical use, in the industrial field as well.

At the social gathering of the 7th Annual Meeting of the Intestinal Flora Transplantation Clinical Research Society held this September, sake brewers cooperated with us and we enjoyed a taste comparison.

Starting at the beginning of 2024, functional tests will be conducted by qualified personnel (sommeliers and sake tasters).

What is NEDO?

It is a part of the “Japanese Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) System,” a cross-sectoral initiative under the command of the Cabinet Office for the purpose of examining the granting of designated grants, etc., promoting development and research of R&D start-ups, etc. that contribute to solving increasingly diverse social issues, and consultative social implementation of results, as stipulated by the provisions of the Science and Technology and Innovation Creation Revitalization Bill.
