We are holding sensory tests to verify the technology we have developed, NanoGAS®︎, which inhibits oxidation of wine and sake and prolongs the flavor when the bottle is opened.
The verification is subsidized by the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (“NEDO”), a national research and development corporation.
